BLADEN COUNTY, NC (WWAY) -- Two Bladen County men are out of jail after being arrested for allegedly robbing a home yesterday.
The Sheriff's Office charged Adam Lee Sessoms, 16, and Jonathon O'Brian Owens, 20, both of Clarkton, with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and possession of stolen property.
Deputies received a call yesterday around 11 a.m. for a possible break-in in progress at a home in the 400 block of Old Tram Rd. in Clarkton. When deputies arrived, they say they found Sessoms and Owens had entered the home and taken several items, including a window air conditioning unit along with scrap metal from the yard and put it into the back of a white Dodge Dakota truck.
The property owner arrived and got her stuff back. Deputies seized the truck and towed it to Bladen County Operations.
Both Sessoms and Owens are out of jail on $3,000 secured bonds.
Court records show Owens also has a pending drug possession charge in Bladen County.
